Lolita & Wolfa

Hey guys!
So I'm not sure if this is successful or not. I tried playing with bolder strokes, but I'm not sure if it made certain areas too sloppy. Personally I am happy with the colors, but the composition needs a bit of work. :) Ohwell, just playing around. Let's see where I can take the style next.





And here is a piece inspired by Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita.

Hey Tin, these are fun! I like the Lolita piece better than the other in how you used the more painted figure with lines on the background. The first image feels a bit more disconnected. There is aninteresting battle here to find a painterly style and your way of understanding things with linework. I find myself there every too often and I hit a wall everytime. I think you are onto something here, maybe you can tell me the secret to break the wall later on...
